Water Resources Analyst

Cielo Cruz is a water resources project analyst. She has a passion for water and experience in data analytics, planning, and writing. After experimenting with strategy consulting and accounting at school, she found her passion in leveraging data analysis to contribute to water management projects. Her quantitative engineering background, combined with her economics training, has given her the mathematical and analytical tools to be a dynamic contributor to data analysis and research projects. Cielo graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a B.A. in Economics.
