Water Resources Analyst

Matt Lai is a water resources project analyst with three years of experience in the environmental engineering consulting sector. Through his education and professional background, he has contributed to a wide range of water and energy-related engineering and environmental projects. His expertise bridges project management, resource planning, public agency coordination, data and geospatial analysis, environmental modeling and fieldwork, technical reporting, and infrastructure design. As a California Bay Area native, Matt is enthusiastic about sustainable development and resilient communities. Matt’s technical experience includes engineering economics, resource management, life cycle assessment, public policy and risk analysis, contamination remediation, hydrogeology, atmospheric sciences, energy efficiency, and carbon accounting. Matt completed his Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
