Water Resources Project Manager

Nicki Powell is a water resources project manager with 9 years of experience designing and implementing conservation programs, conducting water efficiency audits, tracking program data, preparing reports, and conducting data analyses. She has a variety of experience in program design, implementation, and outreach and regularly leads training workshops for water agency staff and industry managers. Nicki manages several conservation planning projects, including to support California water agencies with meeting their Urban Water Use Objectives, and was co-author of a technical white paper on best management practices for implementing water use efficiency in the commercial, industrial, and institutional (CII) sector. Nicki has a B.S. in Environmental Science, and a B.A. in Biostatistics, from the University of Virginia (2017).
